World Day of Prayer 2022

Join Our Local Celebration of Unity World Day of Prayer

Opening Prayer Service

Wednesday, Sept. 7 at 7 p.m. (in the Sanctuary)

Rev. Richard Rogers will open our 24-hour Prayer Vigil with a special service focused on prayer. This year's theme is "Holding the High Watch."

Prayer is one of the most powerful ways we can make a difference in our world! This year's affirmation helps each of us apply it to our lives: "I pray with an elevated mind and open heart."

Please join us for this very special prayer event where you can hold our entire world in prayer; be part of a united force for global healing; and make a bigger commitment to prayer in your personal life.

The service will take the place of our normal Wednesday Evening Service for the week.

24-Hour Prayer Vigil

8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 7, through 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 8

Please pray with us collectively at any time and for any length of time during our 24-hour prayer vigil. You can join with other congregants in our Sanctuary, or simply pray with us from wherever you are.

When coming to pray in the Sanctuary, please enter and exit only through the Northeast Door (the one directly facing the paved parking lot).
