Mindful Movement, Meditation & Mantra

The $45 fee covers all three sessions

This class will focus on learning to use your voice as an instrument for healing and connection through singing and chanting mantras from the ancient kundalini yoga tradition.

You can expect gentle, seated exercises focused on the health of the spine and smooth flow of energy for increased vitality. We’ll also practice breathwork, and explore chanting and singing a variety of mantras with specific intentions.

Each week we will deepen into and expand on the practice. Come with a curious mind and an open heart to learn more about what these ancient exercises, techniques and mantras have to offer! Within each of us is an abundance of potential to heal, grow, expand our consciousness and deepen our connection with ourselves, others and the Divine. You’ll leave this class with new tools for your personal practice and well being.

Nicole is a member of Unity of Phoenix Spiritual Center and has been a spiritual seeker since childhood. She is passionate about empowering others to tap into their innate healing abilities and inner wisdom to reclaim and deepen their connection with the body, mind and spirit. Her own healing journey and search for deeper meaning has led her to study numerous modalities that fall under the categories of the healing arts and metaphysics. Nicole began teaching yoga and qigong in 2017 and felt called to expand what she offers through the practice of trauma-informed Kundalini Yoga in 2021. Among other certifications, she acquired her 200hr YTT certification in Kundalini Yoga & Meditation from Yoga Farm Ithaca, which is the knowledge that this series will be taught from.
