Thoughts
Have you noticed when you set an intention to begin working on a goal or a dream, what comes up is a stream of obstacles that you need to overcome in the quest to achieving that goal or dream? It takes a great mindset of possibility thinking and it’s necessary to stay the course, to persevere and keep on keeping on in the midst of any negative experiences that happen along the way! In the pursuit of our deepest desires, we are given the opportunity time and again to re-evaluate, reconsider and examine how badly do we want this…whatever this is. And that is a good thing, don’t you think?
And it is when we are absolutely, without a doubt, no questions asked, convinced of the possibility and necessity to pursue our dream - that is when we take on a different kind of driving energy. Purpose and meaning are then added to our life. So, really, what makes our dreams come true? What necessary actions should be taken? The determining factor is YOU. YOU are the one to make a difference. Only YOU will make it happen. No one else is going to take care of your business. Yes, we all know how wonderful and how great it would be if others gave us the unlimited support we need to fulfill our dream, but that is not always the case. We need only to rely on our selves to figure it all out. We need to surround ourselves with others who are of a positive mindset too, who can and will support us on our journey with their positive words, actions and prayers. And first and foremost, go to God first, then to humans as God directs. Prayer and meditation first, then put into action what you are guided to do.
Remember, we were created in the image and likeness of God, and there is power in our words, we have “God-power!” If we feel like we have gotten off track with our goals and dreams, we need only speak words of faith into ourselves once again and stay in an attitude of faith and expectancy. Allow God to be in our thinking and in our decision process and as we do, divine order is established, ways are opened up that we never thought possible, and that is when we find ourselves well underway to realizing our goals and dreams!
The question now is: what is it that is currently in your life, that you never thought you could do, but yet you have a dream, an urge or a calling to do or be? Now ask yourself, how badly do I want it? Dear friend, you can figure it out…you have been given the power and dominion to find a way. Are you going to sit back and let go of this dream? Or are you ready, willing, and able to take control back, to make it happen…are you going to live a faith driven life and not a fear-driven life? It is up to YOU. God bless you!

Almighty God, I am filled with encouragement, faith and gratitude as I take the steps necessary to fulfill my deepest desires and dreams! Thank you God for providing me everything I need to do what is mine to do. And so it is, Amen.
