Entertainment Book Fundraiser
On August 15 and 22, our Uniteens sold 2011 Entertainment Books, an ultimate coupon book offering hundreds of dollars in savings. Didn’t get one? You can still purchase one for $30 at the Youth Ministry office.
ICM Drive
During a two-week July drive, congregants demonstrated their generosity by donating a variety of food, toiletries and other household essentials to help meet the basic needs of more than 60,000 working poor served by Interfaith Cooperative Ministries.
Youth Ministry Drives
During the church-wide ICM drive, our Youth and Family Ministry held corresponding canned food and backpack drives during the same two weekends. Children’s classrooms were asked to bring in canned food items to help replenish the St. Mary’s Food Bank over the summer, while the teens collected new and gently used backpacks for the Homebase Teen Homeless Shelter.
