Unity World Day of PRAYER

Unity World Day of Prayer

Thursday, September 13, 2007

World Day of Prayer is an opportunity for humankind to experience a transformation of health, abundance, and love on a global level. This year our intention is focused on world peace.

How you can participate

Each year we hold a 24-hour prayer vigil in our chapel. We invite you to join us anytime. We will open our 24- hour Prayer Vigil with a special service in the Sanctuary, and then move into the Chapel at 8 p.m. for the remainder of the 24 hours.

We invite you, too. to provide us with the first name of anyone you wish us to hold in prayer. Prayer Slips will be available in the courtyard on Sundays and at the Reception Desk in the Administration Building starting August 19th.

Throughout our September 13, 2007 vigil, we will be reading the names of these dear ones in prayer. To ensure your list of names is read please:

a) Complete and return a prayer slip you pick up in the courtyard or at the reception desk beginning August 19th.

b)OR Download, print, and fill out a prayer list with the first name of everyone you would like remembered during World Day of Prayer. Then bring it to the Chaplain's table in the courtyard on Sunday at church.

b) OR send us your Prayer List now.

c) AND/OR You may also submit your Prayer List via email to Silent Unity by going directly to that website, click here.
