Annual Unity World Day of Prayer Celebration
World Day of Prayer 2010 — Living in the Flow
This year we are reminded "that the Divine is within us, ever-present and active. When we live in the flow, we let go and let our divine qualities — our perfect selves — unfold! Make a sacred connection with an everlasting Source by affirming:
We are living expressions of Divine light flowing forth into the world."
2010 Unity of Phoenix Prayer Vigil will be held
Thursday, September 9th from 7am to 5pm in the Chapel.
Every September, Unity churches all over the country participate in a prayer vigil that is focused on the spiritual Truth that we are all expressions of The One, and that the recognition of that oneness can, and will heal the world.
Unity World Day of Prayer is an annual celebration to affirm peace, abundance and love on an individual and global level.
The Unity of Phoenix Prayer Vigil is held in our Chapel for a portion of the 24-hour period, opens with a prayer and meditation ritual. The information about our annual Vigil will be publicized several weeks in advance of the event.
Please plan to bring your prayerful presence to our World Day of Prayer celebration. You will hear the names of those being prayed for, you can add your own prayers, or simply rest in the silence. Plan to join us; your consciousness will make a difference!
