Kendrick Trail Pictures - August 2010
Different people from our hiking group went different distances with our average hiker trekking about 2.2-miles to 3.2-miles and gaining in altitude of between 1000 and 1800 feet. Several made it to the top which is about 4.3-miles (one-way) with an elevation gain of 2438-feet in altitude (7,980 to 10,418-feet) Lots of other people were on the trail including at least 3 different horse back riding groups with their accompanying dogs. A day well spent in the 72-75 degree temperatures and clean clear air.

July - Rocky Ridge Trail - Flagstaff
12 of us hiked Rocky Ridge on a mid 80's day with light on and off drizzle, but no rain. 6.3-miles total distance with about 270 feet elevation gain. (7280-ft to start) It was an out and back hike for 2.2-miles with a 1.9-mile loop on the end that made up for the other part of the hike.
