What Are Spiritual Gifts?
Spiritual gifts are not talents or skills that can be learned. They are supernatural abilities given by God to enhance the whole. Gifts are about serving others, building up the body of Christ (spiritual community).
Spiritual gifts are the means of serving our neighbor, our ministry and, at the same time, loving and honoring our God. This is the path to transforming ourselves into the balanced creation God intended us to be.
When we find out what our gifts are, we develop them through service and by allowing God to work in and through us. Gifts are easily recognized by others and are felt within the heart space or emotion.

Our Spiritual Gifts Program Is Available for Your Church Community
Before you start using a Spiritual Gifts Program it is very important to have a working volunteer program. This program provides a structure that supports people’s gifts. When they discover their gifts they need a place to serve either in the spiritual community or the larger community. Research and experience show when gift programs fail it is because people were not properly engaged in areas of their giftedness. When this happens it causes deep soul dissatisfaction by not being able to serve where Spirit calls them.
The Spiritual Gifts Program is an exciting journey and provides ministries with opportunities to enhance the spiritual maturity of each individual that participates. You will find in facilitating these classes and workshops not one of them is the same, because every individual brings something unique with them and shares that with the group. It is amazing to watch that Christ spark within each one as they realize how they were created as unique beings to add their gifts to the whole of the spiritual community.
One of the main benefits for a ministry is the sense of community that begins to build when congregants learn about their gifts and can recognize them in each other. They become more supportive of each other’s gifts and this helps the ministry grow in the consciousness of how Jesus served.
We have done the research and let Spirit guide every step of putting together a program that has served our spiritual community very well. This program is based in Unity principles and beliefs. It is yours to use in the best way to serve your ministry. Everything in the program is in paper copy and also on CD to provide you a very clear picture of the whole process.
This is a complete program that covers Volunteer Management to Spiritual Gifts it provides a means for encouraging congregants to participate at a deeper level than filling the needs of the spiritual community. They become very invested in sharing their spiritual gifts with others and recognizing others gifts in the process. It is a way to honor how each one of us was created by God at birth and to enjoy our uniqueness.
