Logging in to AccessUnity

1. Please do not copy and paste your password. You must type it in.

2. When you log in, you will see your name at the top right corner of the page and 6 tabs, including the directory.

3. If you try logging in 3 times unsuccessfully, you may be locked out for several hours. So please wait before trying again.

Managing Your Profile

Once you have clicked on the Personal Settings tab:

• Double-click on your name.
• In the "Personal Information" box you may:
  • fill in, correct, or remove any personal information
  • change your password
• In the "Directory Security" section you may:
  • change your security settings by checking the boxes of the items you would like shown in the Directory — see Directory Security image below.
  • If you do not want to be in the Directory, leave all the boxes unchecked.
  • Please remember to click the 'Update' button at the bottom of the page.
• If you are not Head of Household*
  • Only your name will display until the Head of Household has given family members the "rights" for you to update your record.
  • Then you will be able to select information about yourself that you want other Unity of Phoenix congregants to see when they log in to the secure online directory.
• If you are Head of Household*
  • Only your name will display until you have completed your Personal Profile.
  • You may give your family members the "rights" to update their own records.
  • Or you may elect to not share their information in the online directory with other Unity of Phoenix congregants. You will be able to:
    • View all your family's records
    • Keep your family's information up to date update( name, address, telephone number, etc.)
    • Select which information you want other Unity of Phoenix congregants to be able to view about you and your family members in the on-line directory
    • Select the level of control over information you wish members of your household to have.
      • Check the box next to Inherit My Rights
        • Enables the same information you check in Pertaining to Me will also be shown in the directory for your family members
        • Example ( If "show email" is selected for the Head of Household, all family members' individual email addresses will be shown in the directory as well)
      • Uncheck the box next to Inherit My Rights
        • Only family information will show for family members and each family member cannot change anything
        • Example (Main/Home address and phone)

Using the Directory Tab

Access this tab to:

• Search for Unity of Phoenix congregants
• Send an email by clicking on any displayed address to open your e-mail program and put this e-mail address in the To: box
• Go to any displayed website by clicking on the address

Using the Online Giving Tab

Access this tab to give directly online. Just choose your payment type, frequency, purpose, and amount. And to change your recurring donations.

Choose Payment Type Through your bank (Checking/Savings Account) By credit card (Credit Card Account)
Choose Frequency As a one-time gift As a monthly auto-tithe Choose Purposes and Amount Love Offering Wish List Offering Reduction of Debt Give special instructions via the Memo section
Change Your Payments To change or cancel your recurring donation: Go to the "online giving" tab Click the "start" button click on the pencil picture. This will take you to the page for you to make corrections Look for the Edit Stop Cancel buttons

Using the Contribution History Tab

Access this tab to view:

• Your contribution history showing where you have directed your gifts (e.g. Love Offering, Donation to Childrens' Ministry, etc.)
• The total amount you have given and print out a year-end statement for tax purposes. To do this, choose dates you are interested in and then click on the "view" button above the color graph (see image below).

Once you click on the View button, the next page as shown in the example below is your total giving for the dates you entered. This is an IRS-approved contribution statement for your taxes.
