Dear God,
I surrender my financial affairs and concerns about money to your Divine
care and love. I ask that you remove my worries, anxieties, and fears
about money, and replace them with faith. I know and trust that my
debts will be paid and money will flow into my life. I have only to
look to nature to see proof of the abundance you provide. I release
all negative thoughts about money, and know that prosperity is my true
state. I commit to being grateful for all that I now have in my life.
I learn to manage my finances wisely, seeking help where needed. And
finally, I ask you to help me understand my purpose in life and to
act on that purpose with courage and strength. I know that prosperity
will come, in part, by doing work I love. Please help me use
my skills and knowledge to be of service in the world.

If

to help support
the
Unity of Phoenix ministry:
When you sign up by turning in the completed
enrollment form, our bank will electronically withdraw your
choice of contribution from your bank (or charge your credit
card) on the 2nd and/or the 16th of each month. If the transfer
day falls on a weekend or holiday, the transfer shall take
place on the next business day thereafter. Your withdrawal
(or charge) will appear on your bank (or charge) statement.
The amount you choose to contribute will be consistent, and
can be changed or discontinued at any time with five business
days of notice.
How You Enroll
Pick up an enrollment form in the reception area at Unity
of Phoenix or download it here.
Return the completed enrollment
form by the 20th of the month to begin the withdrawal(s) the
next month.
Staple a voided check to the form if
you choose to use your checking account, or obtain the
routing and account numbers from your bank and list them
on the form if you choose to use your savings account,
or complete your credit card information.
Include the
phone number of your bank.
Drop off the form at
the reception desk (attention Data Mgt) or mail it
(complete with voided check or savings account numbers)
to Data Management, Unity Church of Phoenix, 1500 E Greenway
Pkwy, Phoenix, AZ 85022.
How to Change Your
Giving Once You Are Participating:
Simply notify Dottie
Hawk in the Data Management office by submitting an Auto-Tithe
change form, available in the
reception area or here
online, or by sending an e-mail
message to dhawk@unityphx.org.
Verbal requests cannot be accepted; change requests must
be made in writing. Changes will take effect 5 days after
your request is received.

Naming. You can help support our ministry
and create a permanent tribute (for instance, with a plaque
or inscription) to honor, celebrate, remember, and appreciate

Legacy. It's true, we can't take it with us, but
we can leave the light on ensuring that our legacy is distributed
as we wish — to our loved ones and to those institutions
that have been important to our lives. Become a Fillmore
Legacy Member by naming Unity of Phoenix in your will or
create a charitable trust that includes the church. Talk
with your advisors about what is right for you.
Each year, members of the Fillmore Legacy come
together in fellowship to hear plans for Unity of Phoenix's
future and to break bread. Members are also distinquished
by the Unity Wings lapel pin. For more information, please
